Has anyone else seen a difference in the Windows 11 install procedure the last couple of days? Two of us have installed Win 11 on three computers and some of the screens are different than normal. Also Mike did a Rufus on an I3 yesterday and it failed. Wonder if Microshit is tightening the windows (no pun intended).

It's only different if you're connected to the internet - which you wouldn't do if you wanted to start with a local account. Did you recently download a new Windows Image?

I saw new Copilot questions before adding the MS account on a HP laptop today.
Yeah - Mike mentioned that too the other day.

Nope - not hooked up to the internet. The image is probably 2-3 weeks old. We have used it the last couple weeks with no problems. Just yesterday and today.

I just created a fresh ISO using the MCT within the last 4 days, and had no issue with using Rufus to create bootable media with several of its tweaks applied.

I did notice that something was different than it was the last time I did a Windows 11 install, and that was even with an ISO I'd created a few months ago (setup was being done with an internet connection).
