can anybody tell me the best registry cleaner software which cannot effect the function of our system?

this is the best software of registry error cleaning

http : // www .registry-error-cleaner .com

Registry error cleaner provides you with best registry cleaner software ever. It scans your system registry for any errors and removes them without having any effect on the functionality of your system. By fixing these obsolete information in Windows Registry, your system will run faster and error free. It will allow you to eliminate annoying error messages, improve system performance and remove unused application remains.
You can get this registry cleaner software at http : // www .registry-error-cleaner .com

i am not a senior memberbut i have trid some reg cleaners i find te reg optimizer a good one granted they may not add speed but if your reg is liek 2 years old it probably has like 40mb of crap which even though cleaning that out wont release any space because registry can only grow not shrink it allows new reg entries to take its place oh anddont forget to backup before hand

Being a senior member just means I have less of a life, not more knowledge. That being said, I've never, ever found any difference between a cleaned and uncleaned registry regardless of the program used.

i think that he wanted a opinion froma senior member because the first two were spammes who joined and then posted the recomendation but if you was a senoir member then you would be more trust worth because youve been here a while

Hey, I resemble that remark...

That being said, I've never, ever found any difference between a cleaned and uncleaned registry regardless of the program used.

I have used CCleaner with great results, though not for the reasons that most people think of... To completely remove a program or drivers beyond what the standard uninstaller can I use CCleaner.

  1. Uninstall the program.
  2. Delete the "Program Files"\whatever directory
  3. Search in hidden folders for folders related to what is being removed.
  4. Once all files are gone, run CCleaner's registry cleaner and all remaining registry entries are history.

It works great.

***Edit*** Noobs, please try this at home. I'd love to come out and fix it when you're done. :)

That's what I do also, sometimes you also need to delete the program folder in the 'application data' / 'app data' foldedr under the users profile. Had to do that with a stuborn AVG uninstall today.

*waits for n00b to report he's deleted the Program Files folder as suggested and now none of his icons work* :D

Back on the spammer subject...

has anyone tested the COMODO registry cleaner... I brought this up on TN before, but the product was new at the time. I really have been impressed with it as a registry and startup cleaner. It is no CCleaner, but in regards to the two previous parts - I really like it.

Wise Registry Cleaner has cleared up some problems for me in the past without messing of the system. Some registry fixers are too aggressive and cause more problems than they fix.
