Nice site.

I like the idea of the little pictures down the left hand side, under 'What We Do', but the images look quite low quality, quite pixelated. But I'm sure that will be easy to fix.

I would also put a phone number on the front page.

And I think you're right about the logo. The swirly design looks good, but the text 'J.C.S.D Computer Services' looks a little too simple.

Ok, the site looks alright, but the pictures are a jumble of pixelated mess (the ones down the side) and rather than looking professional, to me, it has the opposite effect.

I would make sure that the image quality is crisper and clearer and that the template looks a bit less like a template (if that makes sense). Also, as you said yourself, the logo needs to be developed some more

Resizing the images on the left to the intended viewing size will not only make them look a lot better but help with loading times.

Here are my impressions/suggestions:

Home page
- graphics resolution already mentioned by others
- too much irrelevant material, not enough relevant material
- pictures along the left should be active links to the pages describing them

About Us page
- lacks relevant detail
- should provide credentials and/or experience that instills confidence and trust

Services Offered
- page is most important, yet includes almost no detail
- looks like it's under construction

Contact Us page
- there is no "form below," just a link to the form
(why not make the link directly, near the top, or include the form on the page?)
- you don't include your steet address anywhere I can see, which would be a concern to those you are asking to entrust you with their valuable computers

Testimonials Page
- don't include the tab until you have the material ready to include

Rates page would be helpful.

I will certainly resample the images / get news ones if they still look rubbish & change the logo

I am working on the testemonials! need to get some!

The links to all the services offered will be active, and then will link to what I do, and placed under the services page, but yes this is important!

I increased the text using the "+" a few times and it screwed up your menu where some of the text was overlapping

I like it but it still looks like a template as mentioned before, what html editor are you using?

Just a suggestion but look at your site at the resolution of 1024x768 (most commonly used). I believe the images, especially the header section is to large for this size.
