What am I looking at and how would AI help? Clearly they are adding. 41.5 +12 and getting 53.5, but what am I missing? Also what is the 23?

What are you looking at? When you get into back of house stuff or unfinished basement spaces it's amazing what you see. Measurement markings/notations are very common. Don't do much anymore but saw lots of it when I was in MA. Of the baby bells that was Verizon territory and still was/is to a certain extent. Across multiple buildings/malls you'd see techs making derogatory jokes about other techs written, including bad drawings, on sheet rock. Even back boards. After all that was union country. In this case it's the basement space of a building owned by a large REIT. We're moving all their buildings' life safety off of copper to ATA or cellular communicators.
