help setup vlan on switch

I am trying to setup vlan on trendnet managed switch. I have setup vlan on router. setup vlan 5 in switch. untagged port 24 and set PVID to 5. When I test the port the PC still gets ip address from the first dhcp.
Any thoughts on the issue?
