fyi: ipod touch 4th gen screen replacement

The lcd and digitizer are epoxied to each other... Don't be fooled by the digitizer's being sold on ebay, you need the whole assembly..

Don't mean to be rubbing salt in your wounds, but a quick review of iFixit or other dyi apple repair sites would have let you know that before you spent/wasted your money/time/ipod.

That being said, you have my sympathies. I honestly don't know why they would sell just the digitizer.

Because, while I have no clue why you would want to, you can fuse them together your self. Again, why you would want to do that, I have no clue.
