After much consideration, we’ve reached the decision to discontinue Billing Manager, effective September 30, 2011. This was a difficult decision and we recognize the impact this will have on you and your business. To help you with the transition we are offering QuickBooks Online Simple Start, free for 1 year, as a replacement option.
What this means for you
Billing Manager will continue to be available until September 30, 2011, but we encourage you to move to an alternative solution at your earliest convenience. Consider QuickBooks Online for your invoicing needs.
Special Offer – QuickBooks Online Simple Start free for a full year, then $12.95 per month (a $140 regular value).1

To redeem this special offer, log in to Billing Manager and follow these steps:
- Click Try QuickBooks Online for free in the top right corner of the screen.
- Follow the steps at the bottom of the page.
Important note: If you are using a currency other than US dollars, you will not see the Try QuickBooks Online for free link; QuickBooks Online does not support currencies other than US dollars. Please call the number above to discuss potential options.
QuickBooks Online provides some key advantages over Billing Manager:
- Free phone support (same hours as above)
- Invoice customization
- Access from your mobile device2
We truly regret that we can no longer offer Billing Manager. We recognize it’s difficult to move from a free solution to one with a monthly fee.
