Error when checking for updates.

I'm getting this error when the Update manager runs.
Not sure where to start diagnosing.

"Failed to stat /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/deb.opera.com_opera-stable_dists_stable_non-free_binary-amd64_Packages - pkgAcqTransactionItem::TransactionState-stat (2: No such file or directory)"

Opera is working perfectly.

Solved!
I had a double up of repository, removed one and all good.
