Dell No Boot Device Available strike f1 - f2 for bios confusion

alright so I am working on a Dell DM061


the message I get when I boot the system is

Serial ATA AHCI BIOS, Version iSrc .........

Controller Bus#00, Device#1F, Function#02: 03 Ports, 01 Devices
Port-00: Hard Disk WDC WD320.............
(This drive is controlled by the RAID BIOS)
Poer-01: No Device detected:
Poer-04: No Device detected
AHCI BIOS not installed
.
.
.
Drive 1 not found: Serial ATA, SATA-1
Drive 4 not found: Serial ATA, SATA-1
Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility


Funny thing is is that at Splash I can tap F12 and select Boot Device Menu'
* WDC WD320 and it will boot just fine.


Can someone lead me to the right way to get this system to boot without manually interrupting the boot sequence???
and i get the No Boot Device Available strike f1 - f2 for bios I go into the bios and its set to default

I have 3 satas in use 4 sata ports available 3 in use HD on SATA 0 top DVD SATA 1 second on SATA 4

boot sequence is set to

1 - WDC WD320 GB HD
2 - Onboard or USB CD-rOM Drive
3 - Onboard SATA hard Drive??? (not present)
4 - Onboard or Floppy ( not present)

so when the system boots it give me the error of
 
any luck with this yet? have you tried this?
