Customer freak at Best Buy geek squad

I was at best buy today getting air can, Before I got there a customer was yelling at geek squad freaking out at them.
Telling them they are horrible, that he's going to the news paper and put an article on how horrible there service is.

I have no idea whats the story behind it, but I know that customer wasn't the happiest person today. And that customer will never ever go back to best buy again.

Btw It was Merdin, CT Best Buy location.

Well your always going to get a few crazy people no matter what job your doing, so you can't completely blame best buy. Although on the other hand they do tend to hire alot of part timers that don't know how to do anything other then to run the geek squad boot disk and see what it pulls up.

I used to work for Circuit City's Firedog, and we once had a customer accuse us of putting porn on his computer. So it could be anything. The majority of customers that were ****** off were the ones that had bought warranties, only to find out that their issue wasn't covered, or at least not in-store.
