This is Molly, my agility dog.
As some of you know, I am disabled, with serious mobility issues (back related). So when we 'run' a course, I send Molly off into where I want her to go, giving commands, and arm movements, telling her what to do next, ie tunnel, weave, a frame, left right, go, go etc.
I posted a video of one of our distance runs Jan '14, in a distance handling facebook group.
In this particular run, we came in 3rd place. 0.25 seconds behind a friend of ours, who ran physically (as 99% of handlers do) with their dogs.
The following morning, I received a PM, off the England Manager of the English Paragility Team. Asking us to join the team who were off to Italy last Aug.
Unfortunately timing and money was a major issue (when isnt it). So we couldn't make it.
We have been asked to be a part of the team again this year going to Austria. Again we are not able to make this year. But next year, we will definitely be a part of the team!
This is Molly, when we first collected her from the rescue centre. 5½ years ago. She was approx 10 weeks old at this point.
