Best Email Hosted Solution?

I like google apps due to good migration tools, office365 sucks in that sense.

How can to the two be compared?
Two totally different types of data that you're migrating....O365 has much more. You're migrating residential type e-mail to google, and you're migrating Exchange Servers to O365 (or having the client graduate from residential pop/imap e-mail into a real biz e-mail like O365...but that's a no brainer).

We're moving over to CSP through our distributor, Synnex. More margin, and with my clientele, they would rather call in to us that to be pushed off to 3rd party. So it works out well for all of us. I don't have many seats sold, and the profit isn't anything like selling BDR or MSP services, but it's certainly a nice addition. Also very easy to just upgrade them to a larger plan with desktop Apps, etc. Gets the client into the SaaS scheme, which is where as a business I think I need to be in general.

I manage a google for work account and I can't say I recommend it. You have to use a third party tool in order to get enough control over everything, and certain things don't function like I would like them to. It does open the door to adding some chromebooks in the future though

No problems migrating Exchange to Google apps, done that many times. It's a preference thing I suppose, if you like Microsoft products such as lync you go office365 and if you like google products you go google. Personally I like the regular gmail interface over any interfaces Microsoft made. Simply like the idea of having a good interface which only requires a browser, don't think Microsoft has managed that any time.
