I took over a company whose previous IT guy started dropping the ball all over the place ... My guess is he got a full-time job as he doesn't respond for days or weeks.
They are currently setup as 3 users under the E1 plan. My guess is their account is an older account when the only thing MS offered was E1 $8 (no business essentials for $5).
Can I buy 3 business essentials accounts, then just switch the licenses over from E1 to the new business essentials accounts without losing ANY data including mailbox data then just removing the E1 subscriptions?
Also, the "Call for help" button, you know the orange pop-up in the bottom right is missing. After some digging I found a message saying "Your subscription has been assigned to a partner, and you must contact them for support"
So I looked further and guess who their partner is? RESEARCH IN MOTION, LIMITED
Are you flippin kidding me? Their partner is Blackberry? LOL
I tried to go into the subscription and remove the partner information but that made no change to the availability of the Call for help pop-up, the only thing in the bottom right is "Feedback".
I called MS and put in a support request that way, hopefully they call me back.
