Quickest way to upgrade to new computer?

Replace them with new, use Fabs to copy the data from the old to the new. What am I missing?
This simplifies things a bit too much. What customer cloud accounts may be out there (OneDrive, Google Drive, etc. that Fabs will duplicate), obsolete programs and missing license keys for re-installs, old app versions that the customer "must have" no longer available, and on and on.....

Restoring the new machine with an old image (as we've discussed) is an option that would resolve much of this but it has it's own pitfalls and obstacles. Any attached cloud accounts tend to get strange when the client has a different machine ID.

Every story I hear about this being done is that it works, and that the Windows instance is validly activated, and I'd presume that's under the license (whether OEM or retail) that came with the hardware into which it's transferred.
[re: cloning to a new PC]. As long as the new PC has a valid license there is nothing wrong with transferring the drive image or drive. Personally I couldn't care less, and I'm sure a court wouldn't either, if the new PC ends up being activated on the previous PC Windows license or if it reactivates with the new license. The new PC is licensed for the OS it's running, when it comes down to brass tacks that's all that matters!

Ok, sounds good. Will there be any issues using Fabs grabbing the data from Windows 10 and moving it to Windows 11?
None at all, it is only user data. If the clients wish to continue to use Tbird for whatever reason, install that via Ninite package before restore.
You may need to enter the password via the controlpanel>Mail>DataFile section before opening Tbird.
