Yeah there's 5 kajillion posts about it in various FB tech and Unifi groups.
Seems most people posting those complaints about Ubiquiti support haven't seen the prices of Cisco/Meraki, Fortinet, etc.
Suddenly UI's support seems quite affordable
What's nice about it is you can enroll certain sites of yours....such as, a handful of clients that have large networks and higher SLA needs.

Saw it as well in an email a little while ago. Fortunately my sites are all small so I don't need anything like this. I could easily see signing up if I hard larger sites under MSP.
