Hi, just hot in the old macbook pro stuck in a reboot loop with this image, bad lcd?

What does external video do? Flashed PRAM and reset SMC? Personally I'd think it's a video chipset issue.

unfortunately all I have is hdmi and usb c adapters, running apple hardware test now, first short test was fine, running extended. Heres what it looks like now.
