Windows password box missing? Win 10

@fabs I've managed to get into this particular PC, but when attempting to run Fab's I am getting the following error message: "No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page." Are you familiar with this error message. The PC had been hacked, they took over the user account by changing the password and displayed a phone number on the welcome screen for the end user to "call for help." I've cleared the password and now trying to backup data so I can wipe the PC.

Fab's is just stuck on the screen saying loading. I've tried a reboot, but issue persists.

Just mount the ISO using windows explorer, then, copy everything from the ISO mounted drive and paste the files to a folder on your hard drive. This is the folder to use as source.

The iso already exists as a file on my hard drive.

Can someone confirm that this understanding is correct or do I have this wrong?
This is correct. It will be shown as a digital license.

No, not the actual ISO, but the contents of the ISO. You can right click the ISO file and choose Mount. Look in the file explorer for your mounted ISO, right click > open (or view) copy and paste everything in it to a folder on you desktop then point WinBuilder to it.

Obviously, I am not clear enough. You need to extract the files from the win10 ISO file. To do that, you need to right-click the ISO file and select "mount ISO" this way, then explorer will open the ISO content. Select all files and folders and copy them to a folder on your hard drive. This folder will be the one to use within winbuilder

I hope I am clear enough this time

Thanks for trying to assist, I know it gets busy during the day.

When right clicking no option to mount. When right click > open, "Windows can't open this file."

That seems simple enough, but not getting an option to "mount ISO" when right clicking.

You must have an old Fab's AutoBackup version since this issue has been sorted on February with 6.8.0.30498. You should log on your store account and download the latest build from your order's details page.

Did you try a simple refresh of Win 10 or was that one of the utilities that failed to run?
