First of all im going to BUMP this thread..
Second, customer has forgotten their Microsoft Account (@hotmail.com) account. They said they could not log into their Computer. They tried using the same password they have been using forever and no luck.
We tried accessing her (@hotmail.com) account using a different computer. Still doesnt work.
We tried resetting her email account but for some reason the reset code will not go to her phone and she did not make a alternate email account so we cant sent it anywhere else.
The last was the long form of request from Hotmail but they rejected her request.
So now we cant get in 8.1 because we do not know her email password and no way to reset to Local account.
Is there no other option than a ReFormat of the machine?
