Windows 7 PC Can't See Windows 10 PC's on Network?

I have a Windows 7 PC that can't see the Windows 10 PC's on the network. All of the Windows 10 PC's can see each other.

What information can I provide?

I look for them under the networking folder.

Usually related to different flavors of SMB. I noticed today that M$ has been patching SMB so my old thread may no longer be valid but this will explain some of the issues:

Reset WHAT?

Can you see them if you just point explorer to their network name? \\DEVICE
