I would have added this to the topic I'm sure I posted about this, but I cannot seem to find it even using a web search.
I know that I previously reported that when I clean installed the initial version of Windows 11 that it was not turning off my older Viewsonic monitor, with a VGA connector, when the timeout was reached. I never could figure that out.
Today I finally got around to doing the Feature Update to Version 22H2 using bootable USB media and running setup.exe from same, and, voila!, the issue is fixed. I don't know if anyone else has encountered this issue, but it seems to have been fixed.
