Wide Format Printers

Hey all,
What's the word on Wide-Format inkjet type printers....11x17 13x19 etc...
Epson, HP, Canon? ideas?? reviews??

Any that i have seen have almost always been hp. Usually fairly reliable and most folks get the warranty extended a they are fairly pricey to start off with. Depending on the models they are nice little works of engineering!

Actually had a problem with one the other day where the blade mount for cutting the roll had come off. Compared it another similar one and found that the printhead section moves across and pulls the blade along the paper to cut it. The blade mount was held on with a clip and had popped off. The fact the main guy who uses it had changed the printheads himself recently was in no way related

We use a Xerox 8830 at work. It's pretty old, but it still handles the work just fine!
