Someone here in the not-to-distant past had a description of a computer repair person:

one who find the answer based on poorly-described, mostly irrelevant symptoms; provided by uneducated, impatient something, something -

I can't remember it exactly, so can't seem to find it.

Does anyone remember the post or the phrase?
