just wondering if some of you would like to share what is in your screenconnect toolbox, what your using for remote support.

Compiled scripts for a semi-automated tuneup/cleanup.
D7 and its subfolders, which includes most of the files I would need on a regular basis.

I also have D7 at the ready but shortcuts to other utilities rather than the utilities themselves. Also, I do have superscan3 in a folder on my toolbox when I need to asses network issues.

I LOVE SCREENCONNECT! The relationship is getting pretty serious!

How about my D7CloudLauncherLauncher It DLs the launcher and its ini, and cleans up behind them all when done. Oh, and sets the desktop resolution if its bigger than my own and puts it back when its done.

what are you guys using for remote data recovery

Remote data recovery? Hopefully not from the drive that is running the OS you are remotely connecting to...
I would probably insist that the machine or at least the hard drive be brought in for diagnosis and recovery.
