What remote access software would be good for a small/new IT support company?

Greetings,

I am going to start my advertising soon and I want to be able to offer Remote support. I have used GoToAssist and it was alright, but I don't know if this is what I want to go with.

Is there a way that I can use the trials for business while I figure out which one is the one that suits my needs?

Is there a list of RA apps that techs can use? Are all the following ok?
Teamviewer
GotoAssist
LogMeIn
LogMeInRescue
GoToPC

What am I missing. Any other suggestions?

I prefer RemotelyAnywhere -

if you can afford it, I would recommend TeamViewer. I have never had a problem with it when using it for personal purposes.

I use GotoAssist Express. it's not free, but it's fast, powerful, and simple. I just tell the customer to go to fastsupport.com, give them a number to type in, and poof I'm in. I can boot to safe mode, run thorough diagnostic, run multiple sessions... very good stuff.

Here's a tip to save some $$ (not sure if this still works, but it did for me): It's normally $69/mo so sign up for a couple months then quit. Wait a couple weeks and you'll get an email inviting you back at discounted rate...for life! I now pay $48/mo.

Edit: Oh, about Crossloop. I was in beta and I loved it and put an icon on all my clients' PCs. But now they advertise other remote technicians all your customer has to do is run it and search for other available techs. not sure if it still works that way, but that's when i dropped Crossloop.

I use Techinline and am very pleased with it. I pay $60 for 20 sessions, so the price is hard to beat. Search for my comments on TN for more info.

logmein rescue is so much better then the free version, as soon as I can justify getting it I shall

crossloop is for free that works well.

or u can use realvnc or ultravnc.

LogMeIn is by far the best, if youre worried about being cheap you shouldnt be in business. LogMeIn easily makes the money back in a week, or a month. I have 7 seats for LogMeIn rescue have techs that run them all day long, brining in 80-150 dollars a call.

The saying spend money to make money springs to mind, as far as my input on this matter is, only used crossloop for personal use so far as not ventured into this kind of work for a living just yet. So I've yet to try out the others to see what's best for me.

I use logmein rescue, got in on a special $75.00 per month and all of my techs use it. I really like the calling card for frequent clients makes the connection a snap. I have put a link on my website and then get to generate more traffic to the site as well. I have a different pricing scheme as I charge by the 1/4 hour and it is received very well.
