Looks to me like a notification that a WiFi network is detected. But you'd have to check your Owner's Manual or, if using a third-party launcher, to see what it actually means.
I can't be certain whether it means detected, or connected to, or maybe neither. But that's my best guess based on icons that include "shell beams" in them.
