Shows up when going inside Meijer.

Looks to me like a notification that a WiFi network is detected. But you'd have to check your Owner's Manual or, if using a third-party launcher, to see what it actually means.

I can't be certain whether it means detected, or connected to, or maybe neither. But that's my best guess based on icons that include "shell beams" in them.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S5. There is an icon which looks like a house with 2 waves in the notification bar, in between (and slightly above) the 4G and mobile signal strength icons. Here's the

Could it be Hotspot connected?
It looks like it might be another app that's installed as it doesn't show in manual.
I'm not sure, but can you tap and hold it for info like you can with icons on left?

That's clearly a kennel symbol.

Probably means your dog is tethered (or should that be leashed?) to your phone.
