Well I chose $19 for a few reasons.
I am surrounded by Staples' and their FREE PC Tune-Up
service, which is barely a Tune-Up. Also, I was reading
another thread here where a tech gives free tune-ups
and stated that it has lead to allot of other work. He
also stated that out of all the free tune-ups he has done
only 2 (out of 100+) were the tune-up only.
Well I really didn't want to do free tune-ups, mostly
because of the clientele it attracts. But I also didn't
want to be too overpriced. So, I figured that $19 is
a good price point.
However, part of me also wants to go $29 but I am
undecided. So, I figure that $19 is a good "get 'em in
the door" price.
Do you all really think that $19 is too cheap? Keep in
mind that there is about 3 Staples (with their free tune
up) within 4 miles of my shop.
What do you all think?
