What Computer Repairs / IT Requests Do You Dislike Most?

It's annoying when a client is breathing down my neck because I am sitting around doing nothing while waiting for an automated task to complete before I can do the next task.
In these cases I apply my " Stop Looking Over My Shoulder" surcharge or "Stop Breathing Down My Neck" surcharge.
It's about double what my normal onsite is!;):D
 
1. Printers make me cringe. Especially when it's my wife's printer.

2. When the customer says: "Well, how did this happen? I didn't do ANYTHING!"
