Looking good.

How about reduce the size of your "Computer problems...." caption. Its pretty big. Also, Might change the font for your text. Otherwise the basic layout is nice. I would change the 3 buttons though. Something more attractive instead of the white background.

Coffee , I will consider changing the background on the 3 buttons and the caption on computer problem. Thank you for your time.

Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita, Valencia, Canyon Country and also serving the San Fernando Valley or Nationally.

Kind of an awkward sentence construction in my opinion. Maybe something like what county you live in or part of the county and adjacent counties. Also Nationally could be a separate sentence since, I would guess, that would be remote support only.

logo is pixellated.

home page graphic is cluttered

the left-justifcation of the page makes the site look lop-sided

SERVICES should be the first item on the right from your top nav menu. Customers are not visiting your site for 'tips'.

No reviews/testimonials visible on home page

Virus removal is all about removing a single form of malware. Lots of text. tiny call to action. Call to action is "book an appointment". If I have a virus I dont want to "book an appointment". I want it fixed. You are basically saying "my service is available at a later date". Thats not a welcoming invitation for someone seeking (possibly urgent) service.

Remote support lots of text no graphics. Same issue with CTA.

Ipad repair no graphics. Same issues. CTA is much better on this page but needs to be bigger, graphical, click-magnet. not little, tiny, text.

iPhone repair. More images. Images of each repair type. This will help you r conversions, your SEO and the intelligibility of the page to people who dont process English text well.

PC repair services. This menu item should be first on left as it is probably going to be your main click. Layout is ok, but needs images. Call to action absent.

laptop repair services, should be far left and next to pc repair services. Second most popular service potential.

Summary
More CTA. Bigger format. Particularly at end of each page. If someone reads a page, gets to the end, nothing. There should be an invitation to purchase services at this point, not a dead end.

More graphics. Illustrate services with graphics. No-one wants to read big blocks of text*. Chances are most people will send a few seconds scanning a page then decide whether they want to phone you. Most people will *not* read through your text, or even your headings. So make it look pretty make your sales pitch intelligible within 3-4 seconds of customer's landing.

I found the performance of the site sluggish. If you are using budget hosting, maybe benchmark it. Slow performance is a great way to lose conversions and hemorrhage money.

Testimonials should be visible from every page. If you have a start rating on a third party reviews site, display it.

Best of luck.

J

*Consider actually adding more text per page and working it through the graphics. You would need to do some reading, but if you want SEO results, you would need more keywords throughout text body, more relevant keywords in headings, and more relevant keywords in image descriptions, imagenames, and alt tags.

When it comes to your menu bar and I hover my mouse over it the lettering is black and it covers the text. You may consider wanting to change the text to white with that color background. The text also looks crammed.

I agree with 16k_zx81 about the home page being cluttered and the ACRBO image is a tad fuzzy. I also noticed that the homepage graphic is taking up a whopping 443kb of space. When I opened it in photoshop and reduced the quality to 60%, it still looked pretty good but only used 171kb.

Also noticed that the hover was set to black on the menu structure. I would set the text to change to a darker blue to indicate the hover rather than black out the whole menu tile.

On the scheduling page, you could convert all of those images to JPEG's, since the background is already white, and save a good chunk of space. Remember, the lower the file size on your images, the faster your site loads, which could give you better search rankings in the Google world. (http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2010/04/using-site-speed-in-web-search-ranking.html)

On the same page, I know you had to put in a lot of time configuring all of the images and information, but it's too much IMO to be on a scheduling page. It's very informative, however it's a ton of info to digest and sort through to locate a specific service. However, I am a fan of the client scheduling system as far as having the available times to choose from.

When clicking on "services" on the top menu, it takes you back to the homepage. I would either make a separate services page just for that link or redirect the link to "#" instead of the homepage so it stays on whatever page the user is at. Also the subpages of Services (Laptop Repair Services, etc.) could use small graphics to complement the text on those pages.

Payments, testimonials, and contact pages look good. May want to check the CAPTCHA code as that wasn't working for me. Images were't showing up.

Summary:
A little SEO work may be in order (optimize image file sizes, forcing the use of WWW avmobilerepair.com rather than without the WWW, etc.) If you would like me to help you out with some of the SEO, shoot me a PM. Other than that, I would decrease the amount of pics on the scheduling page and add a few to the Services sub-pages.
