Should be working again now. Thanks for catching this.
I'm still on the fence about whether or not I should use the store's names. I don't want it to appear that I'm dumping on the competition. However the information is factual. I may change my mind depending on others perceptions.
Thanks for taking the time to look it over and giving your input!
A couple of other thoughts - and I am by no means an expert on web pages, so others will probably give you better suggestions. I'm mostly looking at the mechanics, not layout, color scheme, etc.
1. I would consider making the Computer Service Request form a PDF, rather than a word document. A couple of reasons. First, what if a customer does not have MS Word? Secondly, and more importantly, it gives you a measure of control. What if a customer edits your terms of service before printing? Are you going to read through to verify? Having it be PDF protects you from that.
2. On you sales page - when I click the link it takes me to the listing. However, I would probably have it open a new page or tab instead. That way, when they close that page or tab, your page is still in front of them. Also, consider doing it in a window with no navigation. I would think that would help to insure they get back to your page.
Again - not an expert at all, but I hope it's helpful!
Oh - I am intrigued by your open/closed sign. A question, though. What will you do on holidays? Is there an easy way to have it change to closed on those days, or will it, for example, list you as open on Christmas?
Brian.
