Bleeping computer's website is reporting that the latest version Comboxfix is infected. The file has been pulled but if you downloaded it this morning you may have a compromised copy. Details are in the link. At least 4 versions went out with the infection. SHA256 hash numbers of the bad versions are posted. If you have a recent version you should check to see if your hash code matches.

This is a developing story so I'd bookmark that thread for updates.

Good thing, too... just used it and allowed it to update without even thinking!
