Victoria 4.3 -Looking for Software

In another thread one of the mods had mentioned a freeware proggy which I can not seem to locate. I've Googled and Yahoo-ed back and forth without any results. The program is Victoria 4.3. It is used to reset hdd's passwords. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

TorontoRepair mentioned this program was a russian program. Perhaps if you found out what its russian name is you'd have better results in Google?

You can find older version of this software on www. hdd-911 .com but I absolutely do not trust this site but also other sites that carry this freeware.

To be on the safer side, search for older version 3.3 or something.

I have found the site and the software. Google does offer a translation page which helps a lot. Thanks to Knuckles and TorontoRepair.
