Do you need to have commercial insurance on a personal vehicle if you have a wrap or business information on it.

Here in Ontario, it seems to be at the discretion of the insurance company. My current insurance company will not allow signage on personal vehicles and may deny coverage. (That's why I'm in a rush to switch companies)
