does anyone else use this? I always install it on XP machines as it's supposed to speed up startup/shutdowns

Windows Defender usually complains about it in the event log though, even though it's an MS product!

I install it also everytime on xp, no probs so far

I always install it on computers used on domains.
in can happen that workstations don't update the server policy correctly if the registry unload is not "ok".

This program prevents that.

Oh, thank you! It was actually my co-editor's idea.

That's not my computer service company... it's just my videogame/tech review website. I'm only just now beginning to bring my computer service into the "official" company realm. Up until now it's been mostly sporadic personal jobs on the side. I'm probably about five years too late on this whole deal.
