Okay, I have a follow-up question. The new board arrived today. I've come across a connector I'm not sure how to remove without breaking it. It goes from the sub-board to the battery and has a connector that looks to pull straight up. I've not been able to get it to move, so I'm wondering if there's a trick to these?

Just in case anyone cares, here's how to swap this cable.

The pins are bend back toward you from this angle. Lift the front of the connector (away from the cable). Gently slide the connector back. There's just a little room to do this. This allows the connector to slide off the pins, and you can now lift the connector straight up and off. Reverse the procedure to reconnect. I hadn't seen this particular type before.
