Hi, I'm forgot the name of a free little program I could paste onto a external usb drive that would boot, it had several tools on it too. I have a customer visiting from out of town with his netbook and would like to be able to boot from his usb drive incase he has problems again. I don't want to have to format or partition the external either cuz he already has some data on it.

I use Yumi (www.pendrivelinux.com) for that sort of thing. You NEVER HAVE TO FORMAT THE DRIVE. This works well for me because I can use my bootable tools and still have access to my (non-bootable) toolkit that is on the same flash drive without having to worry about losing all of my data if I add another .iso to the mix. The only drawback is that it is somewhat limited on what you can use (what actually boots).

I tried Sardu, thats really cool, worked exactly for what I needed!
