Unifi Network on FIOS keeps disconnecting

Are you connecting to their modem or directly to the ONT? If the former, at least as a test connect the USG directly to the ethernet feed from the ONT. You'll lose the verizon modem's wifi but you can hang a single access point somewhere to replace that. Fewer boxes = fewer problems.
Double NAT maybe?

I'm having an issue with the new Gateway Ultra. When I connect it to the ONT via ethernet (no Verizon router) the setup app on my phone says Internet Not Detected

Does this mean I need to get in touch with Verizon to give them a heads up of a different device is going to be used and they need to do something on their end?

A call may be needed to "forget" the MAC address of the prior connected device. Sometimes you can flush that out yourself by unplugging the Verizon gateway from AC power...and letting it remain powered off for a good 15 minutes or so. Power back up, ensure new router is in place. Some cable and fiber ISPs are similar...
Also ensure the ISP gateway you're unplugging from power also does not have a built in battery...if you find a hatch for one...remove that battery, else...it's not really powering off.

So I was able to get Gateway Ultra connect to FIOS by manually inputting the static IP, Gateway, and DNS. Once I plugged the LAN into the Gateway Ultra many of the devices popped up a message that they were part of another network and did I want to move them to the Gateway Ultra. I chose Yes and they came over without issue.

However a few of the devices didn't give me that option and suggested hard resetting them. Because I was doing this after hours I didn't have physical access to the access points and flex switches.

I decided to connect the old usg and cloud key and remove them from that network. They immediately showed up as adoptable on the Gateway Ultra which I did. For some reason during this the wifi network was removed from the Gateway Ultra. I simply recreated the wifi network and everything looked good.

I disconnected the old usg and cloud key.

Everything is working and looks good, but the old cloud key shows up as part of the new site. I figured it was just lingering around but two hours later it still is listed and says it is still connected. (Which is weird since it is not).

I didn't see any option to remove it from the network either.

I am not super concerned but it would be nice to not have a piece of equipment showing up as connected when it's not. But the fact that it's redundant with the Gateway Ultra has me somewhat concerned that it could cause issues later.

Any ideas why this would happen and how can I remove it?
