Nice feature addition, I make use of this in my SC setup for my managed clients.
Been keeping an eye on IHC since I got SC and my friend got IHC... sometimes I am jealous of him.

One of these days Corey I'm gonna have to buy IHC.
Will still use SC for my unattended clients, but the more I play with IHC the more I like it for on-demand support. The cost for a Lifetime Express is still quite tempting.
