Hey Technibble,
I released a new version of Instant Housecall. Long story short, a bunch of new features: remote printing, subaccounts (accounts you can sell/give to your customers so they can control their own PCs), voice recognition, improved Mac support, Auto PC repair (remote d7) improvements, the ability to lock/shut down/restart remote PCs on session exit and a lot more.
The UI has also been refreshed on both the customer and specialist.
