Hi,
I see that a lot of technicians use Acronis True Image as a backup utility.
I'm planning to buy it but I can't decide which version to choose. Each version offers some additional features over the other.

What version do u use as a technician and why do u think that your version is most suitable?
If u don't have it, which version would u buy?
Does anyone use the universal restore feature?
