Toll Free Numbers Cheapest or Best?

OK thanks, I am looking for a solution but haven't had much time to really look. I heard that it is easier to do with VOIP. I think it would be a great training tool to listen to how my employees interact with my customers. Maybe even take the best and worst phone call of each week and review them in a employee meeting each week.

Flexibility

I am considering it as a tool to make expansion easy. Can add a city to your list by adding a tech in the area as an extension, not having to change any info on your cards or website ect. It would be fast and cheap to add techs that way.

When I bought the business from the previous owner, I had the local Verizon number turned into a call forwarding number that rings my Google Voice Number. From there I can have it ring any of my phones, regardless of where I am at. So far it has worked out OK.

kall8.com True 800 numbers are readily available and are $5.00 to sign up for and $5.00 per month to maintain. If you want to block pay phone calls it's another $5.00 set up fee.

If you sign up with inContact as you toll free provider they only charge $1.00 per month for 800 numbers, however these numbers are usually on a 1 month waiting list. That's the downside.
