Haha! I consider my Outlook skills to be mediocre at best. I don't have a lot of experience with it and I really hate the program (almost as much as I hate Quickbooks). But I scored pretty darn well. I'm surprised actually, especially since my experience with Exchange in particular is virtually non-existent. I have two employees that are much better at Outlook than I am, and I've let them just run with it. We mostly service small, home-based businesses and I do everything in my power to get all our clients onto G-Suite as I much prefer it to Microsoft's offerings.

I should have my two Outlook employees take this test and see if they score better than I did. If they don't, then I might have to reconsider their positions, or have them actually use @callthatgirl's how-to packages I bought a while back but never got around to watching. Hey @callthatgirl, if I have my two employees watch your videos, do I have to buy two licenses? I bought them nearly a year ago and I don't remember the terms.

I put everything out for free a few weeks ago. I am working on the Pumpkin Plan book and needed to get rid of things that didn't bring in as much money, so putting it out for free is better marketing overall for my end goal. Btw..everyone who bought my stuff, I so much appreciate it!!!

I think all leads should have their employees do the test, it's pretty good. I didn't score well at first, then I realized the person who made the quiz was a master quiz maker and I also had a few to fix on the quiz lol.
