For sometime I have been battling with British Telecom to provide me with a FIXED IP Address in order that I can properly run MS Exchange Server off of my Server 2003 machine.
However, despite having been with them for 7 years paying over the odds for a slow broadband link, they are insisting that I sign up to a business account before I can have a FIXED IP.
I am about to move premises so I am reluctant to tie myself in with a new contract at this stage, so I am looking for a temporary alternative FIXED IP address.
I am aware that there companies that provide cheap sometime free virtual type fixed ip addresses that would certainly run an exchange server. Is there anyone that has used any of the alternatives. I am looking for someting simple to tied me over for a few months until I move.
