Technibble Computer Business Kit

Hi,

Have a few questions before making my mind up for it. Someone who already owns the kit and has the experience in using it is the person I am looking for.

I want to know the breakdown on how to use the kit. For instance:

Customer gives me a call and I go to visit, what is the step by step process of using the kit (from the point of saying hello to the point of getting paid).

Customer walks into the store, what is the step by step process of using the kit (from the point of saying hello to the point of getting paid).

If I have to pick up the computer what do I leave with the customer? Or if the customers drops the computer what do i give him?

What is Work order and how to use it?

It is an interesting kit and would like to know more about it.

I would simply say that the business kit, is well worth the cost. It has all the forms you would require, for onsite, workshop etc.

If your just starting out in business (and from the sound of your question(s) you are), then its $ well worth spending.

I could go into how the kit has helped my business out, but it would take too long to post.

The bus kit, and Nick (foolishit)'s program D7, are very well received and recommended by a lot of techs on this board.

I am in the business for 2 years now but my methods are not strictly organized. When i pick up items from customers i use a duplicate book, writing what i am taking and give one copy to the customer. Same when customers drop off items. So pretty much not really organized.

I am looking to expand my business and dont want it so disorganized. My research has brought me to this Kit, but i need to know how people are using this kit.

In business you must make investments in time and money. If you save an hour or two by purchasing the kit, then what do you have to lose. I purchased the kit and just the business contract only is worth the price. Good luck

BUT, it doesn't answer my questions on how to use it.
My research has brought me to this Kit, but i need to know how people are using this kit.

The documents are in a Word format so of course they can be edited. Using the "replace all" feature in Word you can bulk replace the place holder, which if I remember correctly is [business name], with your business name. There's also a place to add your logo and address, phone#, etc. The various forms have pretty much everything you'll need from work orders, pick up receipts, invoices, web design agreements, etc. and they also include all of the legal verbiage that you should have on your documents.

How do you use it? Well...you USE the forms! The one I use the most is the pick up receipt. I carry a few of the others but the pick up receipt definitely gets the most usage. The way I use it is to already have them printed up in advance. I use this paper. This allows me to leave a copy with the customer after they sign. The rest of my process is paperless so I personally don't use the invoice included in the kit. Using my CRM, invoices are emailed and the customer signs off on the work on my mobile or tablet.

You may choose to use other forms. It really just depends on your current process and what you're currently using. Another good form is the backup check list. There is a lot of good stuff in the kit and it's not limited to legal forms. You'll also find a list of suppliers, vector graphics, etc.

The kit is well worth the money and I think once you have it in hand, you'll know just how to put it to good use.
