Teamviewer doesn't do subscriptions, as far as I know, so that would be lifetime. Um, so why are you bailing?

If there is 10, does that mean 10 techs would have their own seat and can remote into unlimited or a limited amount or is that 10 session with one technician? I checked out their site and wasn't sure.

The old ones will always work but if a computer has a newer version installed and you try to remote in it won't let you unless you upgrade. License with one workstation adding means you can have two computers with the ability to remote into as many computers as you wish. But only one at a time. Both computers can't be remoting at the same time.

One way to be able to support the end user is to have them uninstall the latest version, have them go to the downloads page and see "Previous Versions" download and install the version that matches your version.

Team has subscriptions... this is for a one license ONE installation.. plus a second installation... this would be called Business version I believe..
