AFAIK, if you have a name, you're in. I don't think there are any specific requirements other than paying up.

Thanks ya we already have all our other licenses even our resellers just didn’t know about this one. My partner came from a shop right in the middle of the biggest mall around and they had not had it either and never heard of it. Lol
