I have a customer that wants watch what their kids are looking at online, etc. I have done some research and tried Spytech's SentryPC but it doesn't seem to work very well with Vista (Errors, program not functioning properly, and even a BSOD)

Can anyone recommend a good spy software?

The company I work for sells Spector Soft's "E-Blaster" software. I've heard lots of good feedback regarding it. It will monitor pretty much all activity on a pc, and send it to a specified e-mail address on a user specified time basis.

However, I have not been afforded the chance by the company to personally install it and test how well it hides itself, or personally seen how well it performs the functions it claims to perform.

But I've never heard any negative feedback from any of the customers we've sold it to.

Thanks, too bad they don't have a trial version that I can test. Just for that reason, I can't really recommend it. I'm still looking for a decent program if anybody knows one.

They have a trial version but it is far from invisible. Each person gets their own login so you can track exactly who is going where and you can have alerts sent to your email or phone. You can set what types of websites each user is allowed to visit as well as record all IM conversations. ;-)

I personally use and have for a couple of years, E-Blaster, from Spector Soft, on both my teenagers computers. I like it it works well for what I need, it is invisible as far as they are concerned, or I believe you can have a splash screen telling them it is on there.
It works well with AVG and PC Tools Firewall Plus which they have on there systems.

I have tried Net Nanny and SpyAgent

For clients wanting to have Kids AOL monitored

Netnanny seemed to work fairly well although it is not free
