Haven't put out some fliers in a while. This is my new design. Please tell me what you guys think.

(Blocked out the contact info)

Neat. Here are my thoughts:

1. Don't hide your contact info. I'm not looking to start making prank international phone calls, but by not seeing your contact info I can't see if the lettering is big enough, bold enough, or has a typo in that you might have missed. Also, you're expecting people to call or click so in case this gets stored on Google images or somewhere else, why not have the info visible?

2. With your flash drives I'd probably go with "while supplies last". Unless you're really known for having great deals on flash drives and sell a bunch of them, I'd probably cut out that whole section in favor for a more profitable service that more people are likely to get. Same for the graphic design.

3. I like the icons for your services.

4. I don't see a call to action that prevents me from taking this and throwing it in the trash can. Something like a percentage off your next service or free install with the purchase of AV software would be more likely to get someone to pick up the phone than a generic informative flyer.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the valuable input. I'll change it a bit like you suggested. I thought about something like 'bring this flyer along and get a 10% discount on your next service'.

I think that looks great. Did you make those icons? I am looking for a graphic designer for some work...

Found those icons by googling. My sister is the graphic designer though, but she didn't help me with this flyer :)

very nice, by the way what are you going to do with these? hand them out or put them in newspapers? or ? looking to do the same sort of thing

Thanks guys. Well yeah I'll put them in newspapers and leave a bunch at a few stores in town, like the cellphone store where customers regularly take out laptop and cellphone contract deals. The post office will also put fliers in post boxes at no charge, so that is another option. And then of course I'll give a flyer along with the invoice of every repair.

You state "Certified" in the ad, but there is no mention of the kind of certification you are referring to.

The mention of a call to action was a great tip. I think you should expand on that idea and put an expiration date, that way people feel a sense of urgency.

I get the feeling that you are selling yourself short with this flyer. When people pick up on this they may be hesitant to call you. While affordability is certainly important, getting the job done correctly the first time around is even more so. I can't tell you how many jobs of fixed caused by "affordable" techs. If you give away too many of your services for free people will see affordable as cheap.

I'd consider amending your add to say "Free Diagnostics for new customers". No-Fix No-Fee is a problematic policy. Your time is valuable and you should always get paid for your work. If you aren't able to fix a problem you can cut them a discount on your diagnostics and refer them to a local shop that has more experience with the problem they are having.

The flyer states Service Leaflet which in my mind is more like a brochure than a flyer. You may want to consider changing the layout and make a three fold brochure. Or at least create some brochures and test out which format works the best, brochure or flyer.

Other than the above items I feel your flyer looks professional and will bring in some new clients.

Good Luck!
