Sole trader in uk question

Hi,
If I am self employed say as "John Smith trading as Smiths pc repairs"
Do I have to have John Smith trading as Smiths pc repairs" on everything or can I have "Smiths pc repairs" on everything and only include my name on letterhead and invoices?
For example, website, biz cards, flyers, emails.

Just Smiths pc repairs is fine. You normally would have both on business cheques.
