One of my "not so rich" clients just passed me a bad check for $115. I called and left her a voicemail, emailed her...won't get a call back from her again I'm sure. Not event worth chasing. She had to pay $35 for the check I'm sure, I don't feel bad for her, but I don't get why folks write bad checks. What's the piont.
That's also why I prefer credit card payments, no check to worry about. It clears or it doesn't.
I've probably said this already but I am very happy that Las Vegas has a Bad Check Division of the District Attorney. They either pay or they go to jail. I do not tolerate bad checks... It just pisses me off!
