Just a public thank you to Corey at Instant Housecall. It's easy to complain when we think a vendor has let us down so I don't want to miss an opportunity to lean the other way with a well deserved thank you.

I'm a very new (and small) IH customer but had some concerns and desires regarding my subscription. Corey was very responsive and proactive in identifying multiple solutions to my request/issue and let me choose which one I preferred.

Given the particular circumstances, I could have easily been brushed off and probably would have been by some of IH's competitors. But Corey didn't let that happen.

I love to see "THUMBS UP" posts. Have been reading
about IHC (also loving the D7 integration-own D7 and am up
grading to D7II) and also bought the Computer Kit V.3. I decided
to download IHC to try it as I am moving my shop to a bigger
customer base and want to do remote support (Thank you CTG!)
bought her ebooks. BUT I downloaded and created an account
on IHC at least two years ago and never used it or installed it
on a test system so when I tried to create/active the account
it bumped me out and won't let me test it. Is there anyway
I can get a trial version to try again?
